The Registrar's Office is responsible for maintaining Academic Records for Northwest Health Careers. The Registrar will assist you at several points during your time at Northwest Health Careers:

As an applicant, the Registrar can help you obtain copies of required admissions documents prior to enrolling at Northwest Health Careers.

As a student, the Registrar can provide enrollment verification letters, help you with any registration or attendance issues you may encounter, and prepare attendance updates and progress reports for rehabilitation and other counselors upon request.

As a graduate, the Registrar will generate your official school transcripts and diploma and provide graduation verification letters as needed for employers or professional certifying bodies such as the AAMA, AMT, or NCBTMB.

Please use the web form below to submit your request for any of these documents or a general inquiry to the Registrar. The Registrar respond to your request via email within 24-48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends) and update you on its status. Note: A processing fee is charged for a replacement official transcript or diploma; this fee must be paid before the Registrar will process your request. Details on payment methods will be emailed to you upon submission of your request.
